This is a family home but both kids are away at college so it is just mom and the cats here. The rent is negotiable depending on the length of stay but generally $90/night or $500/week or $1400/month, includes wi-fi. The room has a full size bed and a tv with Roku (streaming services of Netflix, Prime & HBO MAX). The hall bathroom is yours for exclusive use and has a tub/shower. You may use the kitchen if you like too. 2 blocks to FSI and I have a private parking space available if needed.
